Terms and Conditions

All viewings and fittings are strictly by appointment only. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash or cheques. A £65 deposit is requested on all dresses hired. This deposit is returnable once the dress has been returned and inspected. This deposit will not be returned if the garment is damaged beyond repair or marked in such a way that dry cleaning will not be effective. Dry cleaning is included in the cost of hire, just return the dress once you have finished with it. Only minor alterations can be made to hire dresses since they need to remain in good condition for future wearers. If you buy a dress, alterations can be made to your specific requirements, subject to negotiation. Dresses are normally available for collection from 3 days prior to your event up to 3 days after. If you wish to hire for longer periods, we would be happy to discuss your needs. If a dress is returned late without informing us, then the deposit will be withheld. A full hire fee will be levied if a dress hire is cancelled at less than 24 hours notice. If you purchase a dress, the dress is sold as seen. Dresses may be returned within a 7 day period if a bona fide fault is noticed after purchase.
